Policy & Process

IMPORTANT • PLEASE READ FULLY
Please bear in mind these are made to order graphic design apparel / accessories. The following is our company policies:

• Defective: Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items, please contact us along with a snap shot of the item. We will provide you with further instruction. Any error on our part will be covered at our expense.

• Buyer's error: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. This goes the same if the wrong configuration (color, size, etc..) is purchased.

• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipement will be return back to us. Buyer will be liable for reshipment cost.

• Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are return back to us. Buyer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

• Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours after purchase.

Here're the process:

Step 1: Requests RMA via Customer Contact page, along with your order info.

Step 2: After receiving RMA from us, please package the item(s) and return the package following the instruction in our email

Step 3: Waits for the return process.  This period can takes up to 1-2 weeks including transit time.  We are not responsible for item lost in transit, please send your return with an insured courier, preferable one with a tracking number.
