• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be return back to us. Buyer will be liable for reshipment cost.
• Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are return back to us. Buyer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
• Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours after purchase.
